The Administrator collects and processes personal data in accordance with the law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

Personal data are processed to verify your identity and determine the purpose and duration of your stay on the Administrator's premises.

Personal data may be transferred to the Administrator's associates, related entities, IT and postal service providers, H&S services, security providers and software suppliers used by the Administrator (e.g. Microsoft, Google). If data are transferred to other recipients, the Administrator will inform you.

Personal data will be processed from the time of your arrival on the Administrator's premises and may be stored for the period necessary to pursue or defend claims and then for the period required by law.

- c) the right to request deletion of data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected;

- e) the right to object at any time to processing by the Administrator;
- f) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
