Your data will be processed to verify your identity and to determine the purpose and duration of your stay on the premises for which the Administrator is responsible.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY AKSAM Sp. z o.o. Sp.k.

1. Acting on behalf of AKSAM limited liability company limited partnership with its registered office in Osiek (the “Administrator”), we inform you that the administrator of your personal data entered into the awizacje.aksam.pl system (the “Program”) – your name and surname, e-mail address and phone number – is the Administrator: AKSAM Sp. z o.o. Sp.k., 70 Karolina Street, 32-608 Osiek, e-mail: aksam@aksam.pl, phone: +48 33 842 97 00.
2. The Administrator collects and processes personal data in accordance with the law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
3. Personal data are processed to verify your identity and determine the purpose and duration of your stay on the Administrator's premises.
4. Personal data may be transferred to the Administrator's associates, related entities, IT and postal service providers, H&S services, security providers and software suppliers used by the Administrator (e.g. Microsoft, Google). If data are transferred to other recipients, the Administrator will inform you.
5. Personal data will be processed from the time of your arrival on the Administrator's premises and may be stored for the period necessary to pursue or defend claims and then for the period required by law.
6. Data subjects have the following rights:
   • a) the right to receive information about the processed data, access them and obtain copies;
   • b) the right to request rectification of incorrect data;
   • c) the right to request deletion of data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected;
   • d) the right to request restriction of processing when the accuracy of data is contested;
   • e) the right to object at any time to processing by the Administrator;
   • f) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to enter the Administrator's premises.
